3. Account and Access

Hotels or administrators are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials. The Company shall not be liable for unauthorized access arising from user negligence.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, graphics, content, and materials provided through TableMitra remain the exclusive property of TableMitra Pvt. Ltd.. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Services solely for internal business purposes.

5. Data Ownership

All guest and hotel data remain the property of the respective hotels. TableMitra only processes such data to provide the Services. We may use aggregated and anonymized data for analytics and performance improvement.

6. Service Availability

We strive to ensure continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance or technical issues may temporarily affect service access.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TableMitra Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Service interruptions, data loss, or unauthorized access.
• User errors, misuse, or external system failures.
• Any event beyond our reasonable control.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TableMitra Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use or misuse of the Services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access without prior notice for violations of these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, all rights granted under these Terms shall immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
